FRESH MEAT is the fourth expansion to Cutthroat Caverns and it is a real crowd pleaser. If you are a fan of the game, it is an absolute must have.
The most exciting development are the new custom characters, the number one requested addition to the game since it's launch in 2007. The original six characters are back as well as six all new characters - and all twelve are unique, with different life totals and preset abilities. But even better is the ability to draft your own custom characters. To do this, players draft Reputation cards, powerful abilities that cn be utilized throughout the game. But, each Reputation has a build cost... life points that are removed from your starting life total. So if you go deep on abilities, you'll be starting with a much lower life total.
This expansion has more New Encounters than any other expansion before it, 23 Encounters. Many of these were suggested by fans in our second Create an Encounter Contest. And, as you might expect, they are nasty in the extreme. The Endless Horde of Dead is so NUTS we recommend holding it aside until you get a chance to enjoy the other creatures in the set. In fact, in order to get the best out of the experience, before mixing all the cards into your collection, we put together a few Custom Crawls to introduce all the new stuff with its best face forward.
For the first time, there are new cards for the Main Deck. More Event cards, including Traps. More Relic cards. It is a BIG expansion and definitely one to add after collecting what has come before.
And not just BIG, as in 'important', but physically BIG as well. That’s because we’ve made the box big enough to store the entire Cutthroat Caverns line. It will hold the base set and every expansion to date, with a little room to grow.
From the box to what it holds, Fresh Meat is Huge!
THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE GAME. YOU WILL NEED A COPY OF THE CORE GAME TO PLAY!
